"I know what it is like to abandon oneself. And I also know what it looks like to listen to your authentic inner voice and deepest longings to create the life you desire. If you are wanting to feel a sense of deeper belonging to yourself, your calling, and to wild nature, let's talk. When I listen, I listen with all my ears—opening my pores up to absorb the information I am receiving, not just from words, but the body, symbols, and energies. My intention is to listen deeply with my mind, heart, soul, & body to honor the psyche's journey towards wholeness. Contact me for a FREE 30 minute discovery call to see if it is a good fit."

My academic background includes a doctorate in counseling and educational psychology, a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling, and a bachelor's degree in psychology and holistic health. In addition to my ecotherapy training through Earthbody, I am an active ecotherapy researcher with publications in various academic journals and counseling related magazines. I incorporate yoga, meditation, and breathwork into my counseling practice and am a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200). My counseling approach is primarily existential and spiritual; I have master's level training in religion and spirituality in counseling, and also studied meditation, philosophy, and acupuncture with the Holistic Health department of Georgian Court University at the Dongzhimen Hospital, Beijing, the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and with private practitioners in Xi’an, China.
I am a doctoral-level therapist focused on helping millennials explore their identities and relationships, navigate life transitions, and support their personal growth and empowerment. I primarily work with women & non-binary people, and those in the queer/trans/poly/kink communities. Together, we will get to the root of your issues so you can learn from that insight and develop the tools you need to make lasting changes. Most of my clients come to me because they are questioning the meaning of their relationships, career, life, and/or existence - but I am here to help you discover your truth so you can live freely & authentically. I offer individual psychotherapy, partners therapy, and ecotherapy both online and in person.
Private yoga therapy for physical and mental/emotional wellbeing, Eco/ nature based therapeutic sessions and workshops with organizations, children, and adults of all ages.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist, trauma-informed brainspotter, ecotherapist, yoga therapist, yoga teacher specializing in Therapeutic Yoga, and concerned Earth citizen. I work with clients and students of all ages who would like to prevent physical, emotional, and spiritual symptomatology, as well as those that are currently suffering from: physical injuries and ailments; anxiety; depression; grief; women’s issues; relationship issues; eco-grief and climate change anxiety. We are in a time of great upheaval and incredible opportunity. I look to the creation that is around us: the trees, the sea, the earth, the air, the rocks, to provide solace for myself and maintain stability and connection in an overwhelming and fast-paced world. I wish to assist my clients and my students to re-connect (in office, via telehealth, or outside) with the ancient connection of people to Earth. Joanna Macy suggests we are in the time of The Great Unraveling and The Great Turning. I look to the beauty around us and within us to guide my ecotherapy clients into discovering how they will manage the Unraveling and contribute fully to the Great Turning.
Sasha’s orientation to stewarding wellbeing and wholeness centers a person’s relationship with their own body, communities, and the earth. She weaves somatic, mindfulness, and nature-based modalities into her practice to build bridges of connection within and beyond the human world. She is trained in Hakomi and Ecotherapy. Her work is informed by a neurobiological understanding of trauma and a social justice framework.
Sasha’s aim as a therapist, supervisor, and facilitator is to affirm people in their innate reservoir of inner resources and reveal their own gifts and solutions. Facilitating authentic experiences of belonging in one’s body, mind, and larger ecosystem draws forth true personhood, and creates the conditions for positive change.

Shikha’s passion for bridging trauma recovery, culture, and nature are present in her therapeutic practice. Her identity is rooted in being a South Asian woman and she offers a nonjudgmental space for those who seek safety in processing cultural challenges. Shikha integrates the understanding of neuropsychology, trauma, and tapping into ancestral knowledge of healing.
