I want to acknowledge my present home is on Odawa land, in so-called Traverse City, MI. My name is Shannon and I use she/her pronouns. I am passionate about providing transformative and compassionate mental health care.
Services Summary
I provide therapy to adults in the states of Michigan and Colorado. I am an ecotherapist and provide integrated somatic therapy as well as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy for adults who are healing from experienced traumatic or distressing life experiences and seeking greater connection with themselves, others, and the world.
