I’m passionate about working with and supporting Asian Americans, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, therapists, healers, creatives, animal and nature lovers, HSPs, and neurodiverse beings. In our work together, we can engage in therapy modalities such as Somatic, Attachment-Based, Polyvagal-Informed, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral, Ecotherapy, and Expressive Arts Therapy depending on what you feel comfortable with. We’ll work together to help you move through and gain wisdom from the challenges you may be facing in your life. I also teach mindfulness, grounding, and coping skills to help you regulate and transform feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, and depression.
Find inner peace. Foster greater self-worth. Lean into embracing your authentic self more fully, imperfections and all.

I'm a daughter to second-generation Persian and Assyrian immigrants parents, a twin sister, a partner, a friend, a nature lover, an artist, and a published author. I also enjoy blowing off some steam with some kickboxing and Krav Maga self-defense in my free time.
I'm passionate about supporting culturally diverse millennials overcome feelings of perfectionism, anxiety, and burnout. As a child to immigrant parent(s), you may be searching to feel settled in yourself, as you feel less anxiety and greater confidence. Being able to feel at peace within yourself as you gain clarity around what your anxiety is trying to tell you that you need is the relief you’re seeking. Living a life that’s authentic to who you truly are may feel far-fetched, but one you are on the search of. You may want a life in which you can also make room for your needs, passions, and desires while respecting what others may value.
I'm here to help you live a more authentic life, one that’s true to who you are, and one in which you feel enough as you are. I also help you in finding inner peace as you experience relief from the anxiety and the physical sensations that go along with the unpleasant emotions you feeling.
Ready to find inner peace? I'd be grateful to take this journey together. Feel free to contact me to set up a free 20 minute phone consultation to find out more about how I can help you, and I'll help you decide if working together will be a good fit.

I am currently in the midst of deep spiritual and worldly exploration to uncover and embrace my gifts and sacred purpose, which I feel have been clouded by my steadfast journey towards obtaining licensure over the past several years. I am enjoying connecting with others who are following their unique paths to inspire and guide me in discovering my true purpose so that I may better align my life's work with my soul and values.
I was recently licensed in 2018. I have worked as a mental health therapist with teenagers and young adults for 6 years. I am currently working at Bay Area Clinical Associates which is an outpatient mental health agency with locations in San Jose and Menlo Park. I am the lead therapist of two Intensive Outpatient Programs for teenagers, young adults and their families.
In her therapy practice. Dr. Reno takes a holistic approach, centering mind, body, and spirit. All too often we see ourselves as outside of nature, rather than recognizing the ways that we *are* nature itself. In our left-brained, overly-analytic society we have placed an oversized emphasis on the mind, and often fail to hear the wisdom of our body, or feel our sense of connectedness to something larger than ourselves. I use ecotherapy practices as a way forward to reconnect to our own animal bodies, and to explore the ways that each and every one of us occupy our own distinct ecological niche, as part of a larger whole. I see clients in-person outdoors in the East Bay, or via telehealth. My sessions are dynamic and interactive, often contain a blend of talk therapy meditations and visualizations, and ritual.
