Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Bio
Raised in Santa Cruz, CA. Currently living and working in the Bay Area.

I am currently in the midst of deep spiritual and worldly exploration to uncover and embrace my gifts and sacred purpose, which I feel have been clouded by my steadfast journey towards obtaining licensure over the past several years. I am enjoying connecting with others who are following their unique paths to inspire and guide me in discovering my true purpose so that I may better align my life’s work with my soul and values.
Services Summary

I was recently licensed in 2018. I have worked as a mental health therapist with teenagers and young adults for 6 years. I am currently working at Bay Area Clinical Associates which is an outpatient mental health agency with locations in San Jose and Menlo Park. I am the lead therapist of two Intensive Outpatient Programs for teenagers, young adults and their families.

Bio
I’m a queer identified therapist and I have a passion for helping people who seek a more meaningful life and who want to change. I work with people who feel stuck and want to get the hell out of a rut. I’ve been there, so I get it, and I know how painful it is. I can help you navigate this often nonsensical and chaotic world and develop a relationship with yourself that feels good and grounded and nourishing. With that in place, anything is possible.

Through my many experiences both personally and professionally, I have seen people in many life transitions and have experienced the joys and sorrow that come with each of those. I would be deeply honored to meet you where you are at in your life and help you grow to where you want to be.
Services Summary

I offer individual counseling to folks in both the office, outside in local parks, and via telehealth. I work with a variety of individuals, with a particular focus on those who are highly sensitive and in the LGBTQIA+ community. What does a highly sensitive person look like? Is that you? If you often feel or hear that you’re “too sensitive,” find it hard to take criticism, feel overwhelmed by daily tasks that you think should be simple, are easily overstimulated by the world, or you find yourself wanting to be heard but you’re too scared to take up space, this might be a trait that will resonate with you.

I use a holistic approach that incorporates mindfulness and body-based work. Together we can strengthen and develop your relationship with yourself, so that the chaos of the world doesn’t feel so heavy. Together we can challenge the notion that you have to be perfect and we’ll find ways to empower you to be confident and to take up the space you deserve.

I work mainly with individual adults as well as groups outdoors, but also have worked with parent and child.
