In sessions, my hope is to support you in slowing down to more deeply feel, connect with yourself, and use our time together in ways that feel most meaningful to you. While we will of course be talking during sessions, we will also be listening for the stories your body and psyche are asking you to be with for deeper healing. It’s this wisdom that holds the capacity to transform trauma into healing, constriction into ease, and pain into empowerment. I approach this process of befriending yourself and becoming a more conscious participant to your life with deep reverence.
I invite awareness around how our ethnicities, sexual orientations, gender expressions, and socio-economic backgrounds might influence the space between us; I hope to be an ally on your journey.
I currently offer sessions online, which much to my initial surprise, is a format I love connecting through and works well for many people. I also offer sessions outside near Lambertville, NJ for those who resonate with nature as a pathway to healing and more conscious living.

Ariana is founder of The Earthbody Institute, a professional, educational, and transformational forum dedicated to the cultivation of dynamic mutual relationships with the natural world. She is creator of the groundbreaking Professional Ecotherapy Training and Certification Program, now entering its fourth year. She facilitates workshops locally and internationally, including Online Ecotherapy Certificate Programs, Ecotherapy Immersion Programs and consultation groups. She also teaches Ecotherapy seminars as an adjunct professor at John F. Kennedy University.
Ariana believes that developing a consistent nature connection practice with elements of somatic awareness and openness to the sacred can foster a more holistic and balanced way of life. She is devoted to her own daily spiritual practice in nature, and encourages her private clients and students to develop their own practice. In all of her programs, she facilitates creation of a strong Earth-honored community, fulfilling an ancient human need of experiencing a profound connection to the sacredness of all beings.
Ariana is thrilled to be practicing Ecotherapy outdoors in the East Bay hills with more than half of her individual clients, and also brings the power of nature indoors to her private practice in Berkeley. Her main therapeutic influences include Hakomi Mindfulness-Centered Somatic Psychotherapy, Somatic Ecotherapy, Dance Movement Therapy and Earth-based trainings from The School of Lost Borders.

I'm a daughter to second-generation Persian and Assyrian immigrants parents, a twin sister, a partner, a friend, a nature lover, an artist, and a published author. I also enjoy blowing off some steam with some kickboxing and Krav Maga self-defense in my free time.
I'm passionate about supporting culturally diverse millennials overcome feelings of perfectionism, anxiety, and burnout. As a child to immigrant parent(s), you may be searching to feel settled in yourself, as you feel less anxiety and greater confidence. Being able to feel at peace within yourself as you gain clarity around what your anxiety is trying to tell you that you need is the relief you’re seeking. Living a life that’s authentic to who you truly are may feel far-fetched, but one you are on the search of. You may want a life in which you can also make room for your needs, passions, and desires while respecting what others may value.
I'm here to help you live a more authentic life, one that’s true to who you are, and one in which you feel enough as you are. I also help you in finding inner peace as you experience relief from the anxiety and the physical sensations that go along with the unpleasant emotions you feeling.
Ready to find inner peace? I'd be grateful to take this journey together. Feel free to contact me to set up a free 20 minute phone consultation to find out more about how I can help you, and I'll help you decide if working together will be a good fit.

I am currently in the midst of deep spiritual and worldly exploration to uncover and embrace my gifts and sacred purpose, which I feel have been clouded by my steadfast journey towards obtaining licensure over the past several years. I am enjoying connecting with others who are following their unique paths to inspire and guide me in discovering my true purpose so that I may better align my life's work with my soul and values.
I was recently licensed in 2018. I have worked as a mental health therapist with teenagers and young adults for 6 years. I am currently working at Bay Area Clinical Associates which is an outpatient mental health agency with locations in San Jose and Menlo Park. I am the lead therapist of two Intensive Outpatient Programs for teenagers, young adults and their families.
She began her journey to self in February 2018 when she chose to live an alcohol-free life, and now she helps people find the same freedom she enjoys.
