I am currently in the midst of deep spiritual and worldly exploration to uncover and embrace my gifts and sacred purpose, which I feel have been clouded by my steadfast journey towards obtaining licensure over the past several years. I am enjoying connecting with others who are following their unique paths to inspire and guide me in discovering my true purpose so that I may better align my life's work with my soul and values.
I was recently licensed in 2018. I have worked as a mental health therapist with teenagers and young adults for 6 years. I am currently working at Bay Area Clinical Associates which is an outpatient mental health agency with locations in San Jose and Menlo Park. I am the lead therapist of two Intensive Outpatient Programs for teenagers, young adults and their families.

Wildrock's programs emphasize therapeutic play-based learning and ecotherapy practices. Visitors of all ages come for field trips, day retreats, and overnights. Ecotherapy retreats are offered for human service workers. Open community play days are available on Saturdays and select weekdays. Wildrock also runs a urban outreach program connecting children to underutilized green spaces in their own neighborhoods and schools. Stewardship projects engage school communities in reducing plastic waste and planting pollinator gardens.
Currently I provide therapy for adults of all ages. I utilize a blend of EMDR, IFS, Sensorimotor, Mindfulness, Ecotherapy and Expressive Arts Therapy within my sessions. As an EMDR consultant, I provide creative consultation for EMDR and general therapy practice. Consultation is provided either in a group or individually. I will begin providing outdoor sessions this fall.

My goal as a therapist is to help guide you, your child, or your family on your journey to healing. The core of my approach is to cultivate presence, allowing the fullness of each moment to arise, be experienced, and be cherished. By cultivating appreciation for the present moment, we cultivate an appreciation for life, in all its fullness. When sadness or other difficulty arises, we can cherish those feelings, too, knowing they are a part of the fullness of life, and that they will pass. Nothing lasts for ever, even pain, so we can learn to appreciate all of it. And you do not have to be alone in your pain. We are here together.
I have led indoor and outdoor therapy with individuals and groups. I hope I can be of help on your path.
