I am a licensed professional counselor in South Carolina and have been in the field for 18 years. I specialize in trauma resolution, with a special interest in personal empowerment and women’s health. My professional background includes working with people struggling with eating disorders, self harm, and in life transitions.
Services Summary
On the surface, the natural world gives humans breath, bacteria that acts as an anti-depressant, and chemicals that decrease systematic inflammation. Digging a little deeper, the natural world provides opportunities for reflection, insight, and intuitive answers. As a practioner of Ecotherapy, I try to facilitate opportunities for my clients to receive these gifts. My current offerings include therapeutic gardening, connection walks, and talk-and-walk therapy.
