Kai Thigpen

Hi! I'm a therapist in private practice working virtually in PA, NJ, ME, and VT. Some of my social locations include being white, trans and non-binary, queer, and Ashkenazi Jewish. I grew up as a third culture kid in France, Sweden, and occupied Turtle Island (the US). All of those lands, waterways, and cultures have helped to shape who I am and how I relate to others. Since 2018, I have provided outpatient therapy full-time in a variety of settings. I value therapy that supports your connection with yourself and with the world we are a part of. I'm also a poet and enjoy gardening, visiting bodies of water, reading, and spending time with my cats.
