Bio
Hi! I'm a therapist in private practice working virtually in PA, NJ, ME, and VT. Some of my social locations include being white, trans and non-binary, queer, and Ashkenazi Jewish. I grew up as a third culture kid in France, Sweden, and occupied Turtle Island (the US). All of those lands, waterways, and cultures have helped to shape who I am and how I relate to others. Since 2018, I have provided outpatient therapy full-time in a variety of settings. I value therapy that supports your connection with yourself and with the world we are a part of. I'm also a poet and enjoy gardening, visiting bodies of water, reading, and spending time with my cats.
Services
As a Level 1 trained ecotherapist, I am particularly interested in supporting your connection with the natural world and your sense of belonging in our greater ecosystem as well as in working with grief, anger, and other feelings you may be holding around ecocide and climate change. I will be glad to do this in virtual individual work either as our primary project together or as a portion of our work.
Starting in September 2026, I am also offering a queer nature connection group, Symbiosis. This will be six sessions long, virtual, and is for people in any location.
In addition to practicing ecotherapy, I am grounded in several other approaches. I am a Level 3 trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, a trained Emotionally Focused Therapist (EFT), and I work from a relational and systems-informed perspective. In other words, I want to deepen your sense of your own experience, support you in holding it with presence and compassion, and welcome you to make the changes that you need when the time is right for you. And I'm tuned into the importance that relationships—be they with other people in your life, with natural beings, or with me over the course of our work together—have in your life and well-being.
If you'd like to explore working together, I welcome you to contact me! Most people who work with me fit into at least one of the following categories:
-LGBT+ people
-people who've experienced complex trauma, trauma, loss, or relational challenges, and people who have borderline personality features
-therapists and other healing and caring professionals
-people navigating life changes and transitions
-people who care about equity and social justice
