“We often forget that we are nature. Nature is not something separate from us. So when we say that we have lost our connection to nature, we’ve lost our connection to ourselves.” -Andy Goldsworthy (environmental artist)

NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Ecotherapist
Bio
With over 32 years of experience in the field of mental health, I have dedicated my life to helping people navigate the challenges of life with compassion, insight, and hope. My journey has taken me through inpatient psychiatric care, managed care systems, employee assistance programs, and deeply meaningful direct work with immigrant and non immigrant populations in New York City and New City, NY. Alongside clinical practice, I’ve supervised both social work staff and interns, always grounded in a commitment to ethical and client-centered care.
I have begun my journey with Earthbody and it has changed my life and my career. I have found a way to share the healing benefits of nature with my clients. I have access right outside my office door to the Kennedy Dells Nature Preserve where together we can connect or reconnect with Nature as a partner in your healing.
Services Summary

Indoor and Outdoor Ecotherapy sessions. I treat adults and seniors as individuals. I do not work with children, adolescents or couples at this time. I will be offering my services on a sliding scale with a discount to active and retired military. Please reach out to discuss rates. I believe that ecotherapy should be affordable and accessible to all. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to see if working with me would be a good fit for you.

Founder, Jubilee Healing farm
Bio
Dr. Nora Dennis is the founder and CEO of Jubilee. Her approach integrates psychopharmacology, somatic interventions, psychotherapy, nutrition, and mindfulness. She has served as a faculty member at Duke University School of Medicine since 2014 and continues as an Adjunct Assistant Professor. Her clinical experience includes psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, and brain stimulation for treatment-resistant illness. Dr. Dennis believes that medication can be a critical component of strong mental health for many people to the extent that it makes it possible to engage robustly in psychotherapy and overall wellness practices. Her philosophy is to start dosing low, go slow, connect frequently, and include lots of psychoeducation and discussion on her clients’ medication experiences.

Before she was a physician, Dr. Dennis was a yoga teacher, and she now maintains a yoga and movement practice. Her training in awareness of the mind-body connection in herself and others has been foundational to her approach to medicine. In addition, she has completed Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction training. She has a strong interest in psychedelic science and continues to follow the research in this emerging area.

She is a mother to three energetic children and enjoys hiking, guitar, yoga, crafting, and reading.

When I listen, I listen with all my ears—opening my pores up to absorb the information I am receiving, not just from words, but the body, symbols, and energies. LCSW | Somatic, Nature-Based & IFS-Informed Therapist
Bio
Samantha Seigerman, LCSW, is a somatic and nature-based therapist working with adults who feel deeply, think a lot, and often sense they don’t quite fit the world as it’s structured. She supports people navigating anxiety, trauma, addiction, grief, and life transitions — especially those feeling disconnected from their body, identity, or sense of belonging.

Her work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, yoga, Buddhism, and embodied practices that invite slowing down, listening inward, and reconnecting with the natural world. Samantha’s approach is relational, spacious, and non-pathologizing, offering a steady place to explore inner parts, restore nervous-system balance, and reconnect with what feels true.

She works well with highly sensitive, anxious and neurodivergent adults, helpers and creatives, and those longing for a more soulful, body-centered way of healing that honors both inner and outer ecosystems.
Services Summary

Ecotherapy-informed psychotherapy for young adults and adults in New Jersey, integrating nature-based practices, somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, meditation, yoga-informed practices, and psychedelic integration support. Sessions support nervous-system regulation, emotional integration, and a deepening sense of connection to self, body, and the more-than-human world.

Samantha also offers ecotherapy-informed coaching and integration support for individuals outside of New Jersey who are seeking nature-connected, embodied support around personal growth, life transitions, and psychedelic integration.
