My therapeutic approach is grounded in compassion and person-centered care, ensuring you acquire the tools to navigate life’s challenges. I recognize our fundamental human need for connection, understanding, and acknowledgment. My goal in our sessions is to create a safe space where the uncharted aspects of yourself, often left in the shadows, can be explored and brought into the light for healing and reintegration.
In terms of credentials, I hold a Master’s degree in clinical psychology, specializing in trauma, from Antioch University. I am certified in Ecotherapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Level 1 of the Trauma Resiliency Model. With extensive experience in DBT, ERP, EFFT, and CFT, I have held clinical and management positions in various treatment settings, from inpatient to outpatient care. My therapeutic approach is marked by curiosity and open-mindedness.

Psychologist, Speaker, and Burnout Consultant
Florina blends IFS, somatic awareness, and ecotherapy practices to help clients reconnect with themselves and the natural world. Her offerings include outdoor sessions, gentle sensory-based grounding, nature-supported work for transitions and grief, and culturally attuned support for Indigenous and BIPOC clients seeking deeper healing beyond talk therapy. Through her private practice, Trailhead Counseling PLLC, she provides a relational, nature-guided approach that centers belonging, internal safety, and embodied restoration.
Rooted in diasporic cosmologies and ancestral technologies, Iman tends to the body as soil—listening for what wants to be remembered and restored. Her sessions include deep listening, breathwork, gentle eco-therapy practices, and ritual with the land. Through a calm, land-centered approach, Iman offers a space where clients can explore their inner landscape, cultivate resilience, and build a more intimate relationship with themselves, their lineage, and the natural world.
Eco-Somatic Sessions
Iman offers eco-somatic sessions—virtual or in nature—that support clients in slowing down, regulating the nervous system, and reconnecting with the natural world. Each session moves at the client’s pace and centers on presence and embodied awareness.
Land-Based Ritual & Grounding Practices
Drawing from diasporic cosmologies and her long-standing ritual practice, Iman guides clients through simple, nature-centered practices to help clients attune to place, breath, and the body.
Ancestral & Cultural Somatics
For clients seeking to understand how lineage, cultural memory, or migration patterns live in the body, Iman offers gentle inquiry processes to explore these themes with care. These sessions create space for reflection, belonging, and personal meaning without requiring clients to have prior ancestral knowledge or spiritual background.
Creative Somatic Integration
As an interdisciplinary artist, Iman incorporates her multi-sensory background with sound, clay, visualization, and guided imagery into sessions when helpful. This approach supports clients seeking to reconnect with their creativity, process emotions, and honor their intuition.
Life Transitions & Reorientation
Eco-somatic sessions are a supportive space for navigating transitions of grief, career changes, relocations, life shifts, or periods of uncertainty. Iman helps clients to listen inwardly by reorienting toward what feels aligned and true for them.

As a trained Ecotherapist, Jenna blends evidence-based therapeutic approaches with the healing power of nature, creating accessible and transformative experiences for those seeking growth, clarity, and balance.
When she’s not working, you can find Jenna exploring the trails and waterways of Eastern Tennessee, curled up with a good book, or spending time at home with her two beloved pets, Albus and Sandor
