Bio
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with an ecotherapy certification. All of my work emphasizes Nature Connection for Individual Health & Collective Wellbeing. I typically work with small groups in Nature and on the farm- schools, nonprofits, University staff and students in and around Mercer County, NJ. The goal(s) always tie back to creating time and space for connecting with Nature, ourselves, and one another. When I am not working on this life passion, I am trying to keep up with (and enjoy!) my three free range children who also love the outdoors.
