If you prefer to talk it out, I'm here to listen, encourage, challenge, and validate. If you'd like some tangible work, I can incorporate in-session activities, worksheets, and psychoeducation. Perhaps you'd like a mixture of both, or you're not sure yet - that's fine too! We'll figure out together what works best for you.
A speciality that I offer is ecotherapy, which can mean many things. If you're interested in exploring it, we can try guided nature visualizations, hold natural elements, or take our sessions outdoors. Ecotherapy approaches can be provided both in-person and virtually.
