Lisa is dedicated to helping improve peoples connection to the world around them, in particular the natural, or ‘more then human’ world. She is a trained educator, facilitator and planner, and has worked in the conservation field in Ontario, Canada for almost 20 years, teaching people of all ages about nature and ecology, and working to protect ecosystems. She is a 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified instructor, and has practiced and studied mindfulness for the last 5 years. Her goal is to create mental and emotional harmony within and with nature, and to help humans shift their behaviour to be more aligned with a truly sustainable lifestyle while finding inner peace and flourishing through connection and right living.
