Bio
I currently have a private practice working with adults and a focus on the LGBTQ community. I have a background in university/college counseling settings and working with adolescents both in therapeutic settings and through athletics.
In my own life and in my work with clients I have found that the natural world can be a source of solace, joy, and healing, when we allow ourselves to fully engage and connect with it. I also address and integrate issues of social justice and oppression, and explore with clients how they are impacted by both marginalized and privileged identities. I love supporting clients in exploring ways to be more actively engaged in human and the more than human community around them.

Services Summary
I offer individual therapy services at my office, virtually, and in outdoor settings near my office or at local parks in the Seattle area.
My therapeutic approach draws primarily from gestalt therapy, humanistic therapy, Somatic Experiencing, other mindfulness-based approaches, and ecotherapy.
I also have a background in The Work That Reconnects as a community member and facilitator, and periodically offer WTR workshops or group therapy experiences.
